i once saw a movie called X men origins of Wolverine.it blew my mind.It was about a man called Logan that was a mutant. He had retractable claws from his hands and metal bones.the movie was very exiting.The best part was when he fights wepon 11.He finaly works with his brother to destroy the wepon 11.

the badest day i ever had was the day when i was playing tennis and i tripped over and nearly broke my wrist.I went to hospital and they bandaged my arm and put it into a sling and that was one of my badest days.
-THE NETBOOKS- not having a netbook is pretty sad but i can alwase hope that us grade 5s get one next year. i think grade 5s not having netbooks is unfair and that grade 5 and 6 shuld both get netbooks. next year when i get a netbook if i get a netbook will be a pretty happy day in my life becaus i have never had a computer all to myself.
Thursday 4th of june the room 14 grade 5 people got to use the grade 6 netbooks for a day and see how the change might make the grade 5 people more exited about getting a Netbook. Me Anton liked the netbooks becaus they were small and portable and it had lots of great programs to use. it helped my learning becaus it was not destracting and had the internet to use to get information for work and for your own use at home.The Netbook provides learning and fun at the same time so i think the Netbooks are great. And i cant wait to get one next year.

Student Led Conference English: my english goal is to improve my hand wrighting.
I have not completed this goal as I only have one piece of evidence. I will need to keep this goal for next semester and I will:
- Take my time when writing in the classroom and start again if my work is too messy.
- Write at home and make sure it is neat.
- Continue to do handwriting sheets. I need to be organised and ask Miss Tonkin for sheets when I need them.
Maths:my maths goal is to learn my seven, eight and nine times tables
I have not achieve this goal because I only have two pieces of evidence. I will need to continue this goal by:
-learn my times tables at home.
- Find times tables websites where I can learn my times tables.
- Ask my Mum to test me at home.
Personal:my personal goal is to be more confident
I have been working on this goal a little bit and I presented my information report about the scorpio constellation to the class. I still need to work on this goal because I have not yet received my confidence award at assembly. I will try to be more confident by:
- Share ideas with the class during class discussions.
